Ten people were searched by officers, with seven violations of the law identified.
70%* people are in violation of the legislation.
"*70% of people police decided to search because of some suspicion"
We need more police controls on Luxembourg streets.

*70% of people police decided to search because of some suspicion. And barely one serious case.
That actually makes me feel safer, do the same in other big cities like London, Paris etc. “shady” areas and you gonna hit jackpot
What we really need is reducing the absolute mountain of bureaucracy police officers have to climb just to do regular things other police officers from other countries do daily.
Each incident is like 4 hours of administrative work for the police officers.
They are all stuck behind desks.
Can’t patrol streets if you’re stuck behind a desk.
Bonnevoie is the new Baghdad
Your papers please!
You are drawing the wrong conclusions. To search s person you need cause. So the conclusion should be, cops’ suspicions were right 7 out of 10 times.
Oh God, that means there are 420,000 criminals in Luxembourg😱
While I don’t disagree with the general sentiment OP, another important distinction is that 7 violations doesn’t mean 7 out of the 10 people searched were breaking the law.
It’s quite likely that a couple of the suspects broke multiple rules.
So much police to hand a few fines to guys having some drugs. In the meantime, how many houses were broken in?
Seems to me the cops are going for the low hanging fruits to get some good media coverage.
