I think it's insane to serve raw meat in these places. We're used to our préparé but for some groups it's too risky.

  2. I’m always temperature probing meat before serving to healthy adults and they serve raw (minced!) beef to vulnerable people? Not even minced in house, but ordered minced.

    Be aware, these people still know how to handle a pitchfork.

  7. I think this is an acceptable risk for being able to eat raw meat.

    Nothing in life comes for free, everything has a cost. If you want no risk, go live in a padded room. Millions of us eat raw meat regularly, very rarely someone dies. Driving a car is much more dangerous. So is crossing the street. Climbing a ladder. Working near cows.
