Planning to drop in for this at some stage. Very much looking fwd to my first Wetherspoon’s experience in Belfast.

  2. Haven’t been in there for a while myself but from what i can remember, during the day it’s not so bad. I think the crowd in the evenings, especially at the weekend can be a bit mad.
    But it’ll definitely be refreshing to have a few pints at those prices considering the prices in the pubs around the city.
    The less said about those bars the better.

  7. Two of the three in the triangle of beer quality.
    It can be two of good/cheap/cold but not all three.

    Expect also, toothless patrons, mobility scooters, students and the great unwashed masses.

    You’ll likely have a great time.

  8. It’s not a ‘nice’ bar, but it’s functional.The owner is a prick by all accounts, so it brings me no pleasure to ever send money his way.

    That said, it’s grand? It has a sort of weird vibe to it tbh, it’s not like a normal bar. You’ll be almost shocked how cheap things are though. The food is grand too, it’ll not blow you away but for a day with pints? Do well.
