At least four people, including a 12-year-old girl, were killed and 68 injured in the latest overnight mass Russian missile and drone attack, local authorities reported on Sept. 28.
The attack lasted for over 12 hours, and Russia launched almost 500 drones and over 40 missiles, according to President Volodymyr Zelensky.
