What I see on this picture is not genuine concern, but people donning the trappings of virtue like a mask. Their compassion is a performance, meant to be reflected in the eyes of others rather than to ease any suffering. They want to appear on the ‘right side,’ yet never take the slightest risk. From one fashionable conflict they move to the next, collectors of superficial causes without ever understanding anything fundamental about the realities they claim to defend.

I don’t understand why folks worldwide don’t want to open their eyes and think
1. Palestine has never existed in the last 2000 years.
2, the whole Palestinian are controlled by Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood
2a, Hamas wants the genocide of Christians, Jews, and everyone who doesn’t convert to the fantastic Islamic religion ( translate what is written on the Hamas green flag)
2b, Israel, over the last 10 years, on multiple occasions, offered the Palestinians the opportunity to make an independent government, but the Palestinians rejected it – you can find the facts on some googling
2c, the neighbors of Palestine do not accept any refugees or the country itself as an independent country ( see picture between the Palestine and Egypt border)
3, in this international political game, Israel is the good guy, don’t forget October 7, and Hamas didn’t give a basis for all the hostilities and the dead ones.
4, Hamas uses their own folks as a shield – see all their base are under hospitals, schools, …
5, nobody talks about the genocide of Christians in Nigeria, and the Muslim Brotherhood hives are in the background.
6, the Muslim Brotherhood is inside in critical agencies, companies, media, or political parties or companies – why not hit the news, the people
7, nobody talks about the genocide of Christians in China or the concentration camps where the other thinkers get converted or killed
8, Iran’s fanatic Muslim regime also poses a bigger and bigger threat
I have no issues with anybody or any religion. I have problems with fanatics, massive misuse cases, and disinformation. China and Russia are massively threatening the world economy and peace.

I’m all for empathy and international solidarity. But Palestine has got to be one of the dumbest fucking nations on this planet. “Wer im Glashaus sitzt soll nicht mit Stainen werfen!” Instead their ledaership has sabotaged any kind of solution with the Israelis for decades and the population has been radicalized into genocidal delusion. Perfect conditions for the far-right Israeli politicians to exploit. Which is what has happened.
Netanyahu propped up Hamas for his own interests, until the Oct 7 attacks. By attacking Israel with support from Iran and Russia in a display of amphetamine-fueled barbarism, Hamas and with it Palestine has almost inevitably sealed its fate. It’s fucking sad and it’s incredibly stupid. They handed Netanyahu the weapons for their own destruction and a distraction for Netanyahu to escape his corruption troubles. For Gaza and probably Palestine there is no coming back from this.
Note that none of their Arab nations want the Palestinians in their territory. They learned the hard way what would happen next, e.g. when they attempted a coup in Jordan or tried to take power in Lebanon. All the Islamic posturing is just that, internal propaganda against the liberal West to justify their authoritarian governance. But in reality the Palestinians are shunned by the rest of the Arab world.
Fuck Netanyahu and his far-right club for their genocide of Palestinians. And yet, had the Palestinians actually tried for a peaceful solution instead of “from the river to the sea” the Israeli far-right likely would’ve never become this powerful.
If anyone wonders I am far to the left in social and economic positions. And I think most of the activist left is a fucking joke. In it there are surprisingly many people who are close to as easily lied to as those right. The activist left never sees what’s actually important. There’s far, far more sociopathy and general delusion on the right though.
