Has there ever been a better logo in Irish history than Hit The Spot?

  2. We had a video rental store in Carlow in the early 00’s called pick a flick but text was stylised so that the L and I looked like a U and it read PICK-A-FUCK. It was definitely intentional.

  5. The logo is magnificent but the food is absolutely atrocious

  8. “Hit The Spot” first recorded occurrence is in American beer advertising slogan from the 1930’s

  12. I ate from there once and I thought for the next three days I was legitimately going to die. It was the first time I’d experienced food poisoning. Slept the first day on the bathroom floor.

    And before some says it, I’d only had a moderate amount of pints that evening, not a rake. So like, six pints. Maybe seven.
