3. I’m glad this administration is finally waking up to the fact that Russia cannot win this war. I hope this awakening produces more support for Ukraine; however, I have to say I bet if President Trump asks Vance for a blowjob, he will give it to him. Vance changes his position based on Trump‘s mood; he stands on nothing. Just last month Vance was saying the Ukrainians could not win this war.
