Looks like the Winter of Discontent is back on the menu, boys!
Good. Not just pay increases but get them to pay everything they are owed such as unpaid overtime and shift allowance, companies just need to install a simple electronic clocking in device so wages are paid to the minute its not an unreasonable barrier to overcome.
