  1. Isn’t it illegal for Trump to send in the national guard without the consent of the governor?

Can someone explain this to me? Did the supreme Court rule it legal?

  2. You’ve got to fight the bully pedophile.

Trump and his supporters are bullies and coward people.

  3. Like Trump and his Administration have any regard for the law. They’ll just do it anyway.

  4. Let’s just skip ahead to the part where the SCOTUS Trump loyalists throw the case out since we all know it’s going to happen anyway.

  5. Kegsbreath literally just sent the order to the Oregon NG for 200 guards to be immediately mobilised under federal control for 60 days.

  6. Won’t someone please save war torn Portland? They’re dying out there, maybe.

  7. As part of the shutdown effort, stripping the president from ordering the national guard into states without the governors permission should be on the table. Each occurrence should require congressional approval.

  8. Ice attacks Dallas office and now the secretary of war is hunting terror hippies in Portland. What’s going on with this country?

  9. I’m so disgusted with this country. The party that’s supporting this crap isn’t even worried about losing a seat. No one is going to jail for constantly violating the constitution.

  10. More of this, please! Refuse and resist illegal actions, don’t simply allow them to happen and then sue after the fact.

America really needs to STOP obeying illegal orders in advance. We’ve been doing it since *January,* allowing firings and tariffs and the closing of agencies and access to our data, all in violation of the law or of the separation of powers.

Because of this, he now assumes the power of the entire government for himself, unbeholden to the Legislature and with the Judicary in his pocket.

  11. Imagine having to go to court to block a president from waging war against his own country. Crazy.

  12. Its the UNITED STATES until you try to attack them. The president doesn’t have authority to use national guards against each state. No insurrection is taking place. President has no authority. He’s just a punk ass bitch.

    edit: word

  13. How about suing congress and senate for failing to do there job and stopping this .. as much as trump is running wild the congress and senate are just as guilty for failing to do there duty

  14. Literally in Portland for work right now and haven’t seen any fires or anything. Just… normal. Cute airport – lots of trees.

  15. Every city he threatens is a major transportation hub too.

  16. I thought on Jan 6th the President couldn’t deploy the national guard?!

  17. All the blue states should get ahead and do the same thing, stop the orange toddler from sticking a fork in the socket. Let’s baby proof the house

  18. Just change all the signs. Have you folks never seen the excellent movie *The Train*?

  19. What I have learned:

Anything is legal if you utter the magic words: “national security”.

    /s (or maybe not)

  20. The Supreme Court will say Trump can do whatever he wants whenever he wants. He is King to Republicans maybe even their Master
