Now a personal snap of Elisabeth and Georg is currently burning its way though royal social media with the Belgian palace’s official communications team only adding to the intrigue by reportedly saying, “We saw the photo too. We don’t know if it’s real or AI. We aren’t commenting [on private matters].”

    I understand if they’d said they don’t comment on private matters. But it seems strange to toss in that they don’t know if it’s AI.

  3. They look great together, and on paper, it’s quite perfect.😉

    Philippe and Mathilde could give lessons on how to raise modern Royal kids, especially an heir to the Throne. Elisabeth, in particular, is beyond impressive.

    If it’s true, I hope the media intrusion doesn’t mess things up for them.

  7. It’s interesting that more royals DON’T get together nowadays. Similar social circles, similar upbringings, conditioned from birth to know how the system works. I would think that more of them would naturally gravitate toward each other because they understand each other’s worlds, and the transition would be less of a system shock than if a commoner married a royal.
