There are so many of these modernist structures on both sides of the island, unfortunately most of them get neglected as it says in the article. I have noticed that due to being frozen for 47 years, Varosha has a lot of these buildings too. Amongst them, Agia Triada Church felt very modern and different for a church (in fact I grew up thinking it was actually a Hamam!)
