Was out walking and decided to film this plane and saw a weird green orb zoom off super quickly above it any ideas?

  6. It moves away then the phone moves, so it’s obviously a reflection?

  12. Seen somthing similar to this last year. Looked like a satalite orbiting earth but all of a sudden it just changed direction and literally zoomed away. Almost like a shooting star but zoomed diagonally upwards instead of falling. Genuinely dunno what it was

  18. Seem a similar thing before out walking, I think the green orb bit is usually some sort of reaction that occurs when materials burn up in the atmosphere.

  19. Looks like the IR sensors on the back of your phone near the camera lenses.

  20. Seen the exact same thing last night on the north coast. Moved the same skipping motion.

  22. You are seeing the plane itself, on an internal reflection between the camera lens layers. Same reason you are street lights etc reflected at the other end of the picture. You just noticed it more since it was a light on the plane against a dark background. It was fast, because your hand was shaking slightly.

  24. That’s the phone’s lens flare. It can often be exacerbated by exposure to LIDAR, like that found in many EVs.
