Claiming that a pair of gay men got pregnant is ridiculous. At least be honest and say the men paid a woman to donate eggs, paid a doctor to remove the eggs, inject sperm into the eggs, and implant the eggs into another yet another woman. That second woman carrying the impregnated eggs was also paid and needs to carry the baby for 9 months.
Two men financially abusing desperately poor women does not constitute the “men getting pregnant”. This is no different than desperately poor people in Egypt and India selling their kidneys, which is an epidemic in both of those countries.
