A typical packaging in Switzerland, designed to make you mad
It’s normal packaging. You want a self vacuum sealing one?
That’s why you can use plastic wrap thingy.
I hate it too bro I just use a lot of tupperware
Just think of it as becoming more krusty. 🙂
Tupperware
Scandal call Espresso
Eat Faster
Migros sells large 3L zippy bags (Tangan No. 23 – a white and green slim box). Those are what I use to put opened packages of dried meat and Leerdammer cheese into. Squish out most of the air from the zippy bag before you close it though, the extra air inside dries out the meat faster.
A real swiss eats it all in one sitting.
Yikes, talk about 1st world problems.
Just eat faster
Bell (aka Coop) – overpriced for what it is
Meat and plastic are both not good for the environment.
But eat faster tho
Small piece of advice : don’t open it all the way
There also are specific tupperware that can help
Don’t know why you call it shitty, I’ve never had a problem with it
Thats not food you are auppsed to store once open. Cook that mert then store it in proper sealed boxes.
Tupperware or glass boxes may help.
We should riot
Easy fix. Duct tape.
Roll it, stick it somewhere in your fridge it won’t unroll. Or put a band on it.
Not perfect, but good enough and easy
I hate this pseudo rustic plastic packaging. There’s Mozzarella with brown textured plastic with green basil in the corner. People think it’s bio/eco/what-have-you when it’s simply Mozzarella.edit: [“swissmilk green”](https://imgur.com/MWhPZ8p)
You can put the meat into a storage box, but I’d recommend you keep the part of the plastic lid thingy of the meat and put it into the box as well to see when the meat should be consumed
When i open such a package, i just put something on it (for example a milk carton)
Get a box to keep your charcuterie products in. Duh. Some people man
Am I the only one who puts my butter on these things so the weight keeps the packaging in contact with the food and it doesn’t dry?
One-time use
I usually try to push it flat with as little air remaining inside as possible, then I look after a more heavy product in my fridge and place it on top of the product with “shitty packaging”.
In my family, you eat it at once, by yourself. But a little bit of tape or a ziplock bag does it if really needed
So much plastic to package so little food. That’s what frustrates me. In a family of 5 we go through 2 of these per week. All of it would fit in almost the same amount of packaging as 1 package. But no, cold cuts are only available in packages of around 100gr.
Pretty standard tbh. Put it in tupperware or wrap a bag around it.
It is useful to buy sandwich bags and then you reseal that around the packet. A lot of them have zip locks and you can keep the food a bit longer.
Alufolie firschhaltefolie warum sollte das verschliessbar sein ?
Don’t open it all the way (just about half way) and then fold it back under the meat to cover it and prevent drying out better.
Take it out and put it in a Töpperguer
Idk how zo wite that name.
Ziplock bags aren’t just for drugs ya know?
Aluminium foil. Ist the best, and 100% recyclable
Well it’s called dry meat.
Put something light weight but in a similar size on in in the fridge maybe?
That’s only 133 gram eat it fast coward
Why does everyone get in here speak English?
Just put it in a plastic bag damn youre so uncreative
You fucking imbecile buy „Frischhaltefolie“ wrap it around your stupid sliced ham and put it in the fridge.
Pro tip: don’t buy this.
This post is so extremely Swiss, I love it. Bünzli Ehrenmedaille
Don not buy shitty products. Your are free to buy at your favourite butcher and of course you may buy ecologic packaging which can be reopened and closed. If you mind you are encouraged to write to Bell if you have complaints. We – the forum – are not any kind of costumer service. Thank you
Well. This is basically enough for one sandwich so why bother?
