Btw, bizarre name aside, the gender of this woman doesn’t actually have anything to do with a case where someone threatened to kill someone over and over.

This is a deeply disturbed individual with severe psychosis. The voices in their head about harming people are things to be medically treated but the voices in their head that say he is a she can only be believed and are protected by law. How do we know one voice is insanity but another is legally binding?
It is telling that the media are not running any photos of the individual, lest it could throw the wonderful gender recognition act in a bad light.
