The PRC’s successes in economy building, technological progress and strengthening global security command respect and admiration,” the congratulation reads. “Confidently following the path of socialism with Chinese specifics, Beijing plays a key role in shaping a multipolar world and international order.”
The Belarusian leader noted that China is a unique and worthy of study example of a political system that encompasses enormous historical experience and tangible and spiritual resources to advance the country’s social and economic development.
“The Global Governance Initiative put forward by you, Your Excellency, is certainly in line with our firm conviction in the necessity of co-operation between states on the principles of exceptional equality and justice,” Aleksandr Lukashenko emphasised. “We are ready to jointly confront common challenges, improve welfare and ensure the prosperity of our peoples.”
The President of Belarus stated that China is a reliable and strategic partner and a loyal friend for Belarus, “We highly appreciate the unprecedented level of comprehensive mutually beneficial co-operation and trust between our countries. Executing large-scale projects within the Belt and Road Initiative, promoting the Great Stone Industrial Park, deepening industrial co-operation and humanitarian exchange demonstrate the great potential of Minsk-Beijing relations.”
