The Princess Royal made a poignant gesture as she made a surprise trip to Ukraine in a show of solidarity with children and families facing the horrors of the Russian invasion.
Anne, 75, travelled to Ukraine yesterday, where she left a soft toy teddy at a memorial in a poignant tribute to the children killed in the conflict, saying her daughter, Zara Tindall, had the same bear.
