When the news first came out, it was easy to check which restaurant it was. Iirc it was near the train station, with very good reviews. At the same time, I think there were other restaurants that were found out to be in a similar situation, with passports being held and so on.

All evidences point towards Pokhara Restaurant in Rodange. New owner taking over since this incident was reported. Check their FB page, timeline matches perfectly. Plus the owner conveniently deleted the comments calling out the issue.
The funny thing is that the old owners are now running a grocery shop (Indian Spice Bazaar) in Lux city.
