If they had the forces (Which they don’t) it would be legitimate for Ukraine to launch almost any scale attack on Russia, outside of outright war crimes

Stratigic assets that have value yes why not. Oil depots, arms depots, command and control. Ideally focus on the stuff closer to you first but if its hard to target then why not go for the soft targets of same value.
Well I’ve never heard of James Heappey, Minister for the Armed Forces at UK Ministry of Defence.
But he needs to stop stirring it up.
Not because Russia deserve anything remotely like respect, it’s because a paranoid and cornered Putin is a maniac.
