Russians in Moscow and Petersburg need to understand how horrible war is, and it’s on their doorstep. It’s going to be a cold winter.
According to the regional governor, the refinery managed to create this wonderful bonfire all on their own! Full credit to them in helping the fuel shortage if that is the case

Nice home location. Close-in surrounding trees for privacy, on a ridge for wide area views, faces east for warm morning sun, and safe distance from exploding petroleum refineries.
