   As they said Parliament Hill at the southern end of Hampstead Heath.

21. To add to the Parliament Hill answers…
    Specifically this is not from the _top_ of Parliament Hill but from the lower path that runs in front of the summit and affords a much less obstructed view than the top (where trees get in the way)
