  1. Will never go in that place again, got caught there for a few hours about 3 years ago, also ordered two pints of Carlsberg and almost laughed when he said “15 euro”. Should be hitting a tenner a pint in Dublin in a year or two.

  2. Robbing bastards in that place. Dont know how any irish person would step foot in it. Cant even move in the kip either.

  3. The most expensive bar in the most expensive tourist trap in the country has expensive prices?!? STOP THE FUCKING PRESSES!!!!

  4. If you really have to go to Temple Bar then go to the Halpenny Bridge Inn, pints are decent and a fair price and far better atmosphere than that kip

  5. I got 2 pints of same for €5.60 20 minutes earlier in Larnaca, Cyprus ….. a much finer location

  6. You paid 20 quid more or less for 2 pints hahahahaha 😳😳😳😳 jesus christ and I bet you probably went back for 2 more mental

  7. Don’t understand why people don’t realise this place is just a tourist trap. They live off the tourists who want to get a picture of themselves getting a pint in there.

  8. Mind it does include the VAT, excise duty, music charge and cover charge… but no service charge. Seems like a lot of double dipping. If there is a cover charge, what is the music charge or why is a service charge optional? Why even include excise duty ? Why not include business rates, income tax levy and electricity Fuel surcharge ? Oh…May as well throw in an environmental levy and a carbon offset contribution. Round it up to Eu20 -great value for all the social responsibility and do-goodery and a pint thrown in !

  9. I’ve about the same level of shock and sympathy to this as the Americans flooding the Internet with pictures of their petrol prices and immediate spoiler – that’d be none.

  10. Drink in Swords next time. Much cheaper and nicer. The only part of Dublin that is not a ripoff for a few pints, or at least if it is 5 or 6 quid in some places there, the quality of the bar is decent.

  11. Just back from new york where the cheapest bottle of shower gel I could find was 9 dollars (I’ll stick with the peasant soap thanks) , this seems reasonable in comparison 😂

  12. Walked out of gibney’s in Malahide a number of years ago, after they looked for €5+ for a pint of Guinness, it was a Tuesday evening and wanted to see a champion’s league match with the Brother. Handed over a tenner, and expected change, they wanted more, so I asked for my tenner back and headed across the road.
Don’t take pictures of the receipt, just walk out, and if enough people do it, they might take notice.

  13. What do they mean “service is not included” so how they pay their staff then because I’m not going to pay them for ya
