  1. >The sentence came down Friday and it longer than what Diddy wanted … remember, his legal team asked the judge for a 14-month sentence while prosecutors wanted him to serve 11 years behind bars.

    >The sentencing hearing lasted several hours … during which prosecutors blasted Diddy for scheduling what they called a speaking engagement this upcoming Monday in Miami — while his team focused more on character witnesses, and the emotional side of Diddy’s situation.

  2. Our justice system is an absolute fucking joke. In the remarks before sentencing the judge glazed him about inspiring “a community of color”. Diddy’s been a laughingstock for his entire career.

Let this be a lesson learned. If you’re rich in America, major crimes are just oopsie-daisies. If none of this happened his legacy would just be people joking about all his dumb name changes.

  3. Plus time served and the possibility for parole. He’ll be out by Christmas next year… crazy shit.

  4. Money doesn’t buy happiness but it certainly buys the justice system

  5. The jury acquitted him of the serious charges so the sentence the judge could hand down was limited due to that

  6. Does that include time served? He was arrested just over a year ago.

  7. the prosecution didn’t go in as hard as they could and should have. 4 years is a win for diddy he was practically facing life.

  8. No worries, his friend donald will pardon Diddy before Christmas. I heard the price for pardons is 1 million.

  9. Plus good behavior, time served…is that even 2 yrs? smh Injustice reigns.

  10. What a fucking injustice. Should be stuck in general pop for life

  11. My faith in the system is so low, I saw this headline and was happy he was actually going to jail at all. I was imagining suspended sentences, hung juries, all the rich people legal dodges.

  12. Wow. Just, wow. Fuck this planet, its over. Nothing is good anymore. Evil people keep coming out on top. I give up on hoping for more at this point.

  13. Shit like this is why the entertainment industry will never change. Even on a smaller scale, at the local level, everyone knows who these people are. And yet there isn’t anything we can do about it.

  14. Miracle he got any time at all. But this is still injustice.

  15. I wonder if they will buy a pardon from a certain President?

  16. But he’ll also have massive civil cases coming too.

  17. Well. Thank god for him that he wasn’t caught in Idaho with marijuana edibles
