I saw this beautiful building ,but couldn’t find the name of it nor the location of it , although it says Hannover, Germany

Does anyone know where is the building in this picture? I don’t think that is the Rathaus of the City , thx !

  2. Not a real building. Kind of a collage of the Neues Rathaus in Hannover with the one in Leipzig.

  3. So i have been looking for something similar and could not find any matches, however the image (at least to me) looks like it could be AI generated.

    (The details on the tower and spire, inconsistent lighting, the two weird blue turquiose bulbs, which are probably meant to be clocks, the inconsistent colors for the same elements, etc)
