In Kirishi, Leningrad Oblast, Russian civilians are filming incoming “Liutyi” UAVs attacking the Kirishinefteorgsintez refinery once again. Satellite data from NASA FIRMS shows a fire near the ELOU-AVT-6 combined atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.

1. Which is the first step in refining so it essentially shuts down the entire production of this plant (unless they can import base products like naphtha from elsewhere). However its not a very advanced or expensive piece of equipment which they might be able to repair.

   In which case, just bomb it again in a month or 3!
