So when that happens and the driver is incapacitated, stomps on the gas as their body convulses and seizes up, and smashes into a school bus filled with children or runs over a crowd of pedestrians, does ICE get charged with the crime for every person hurt, maimed or killed?
Because that’s textbook premeditated murder right there. Premeditated murder involves a conscious decision to kill that is made before the act is carried out.
Throwing a flashbang grenade into a moving vehicle, into an enclosed space, has only one intended outcome.
