  1. You could ford a decent sized stream in that if you fashioned a rudimentary paddle from a carrot or turnip

  2. It’s a glorious throne, please tell me you filled it with something and didn’t just carve it?

  3. Refreshing to see somebody actually kept the oven door closed during cooking. Superb!

  4. It’s a thing of beauty and you are right to be proud.

  5. slather that bad boi in thick gravy and lets get naughty

  6. Cricket round of applause. You clearly got the fat hot enough. Top darts

  7. Oh some chicken and gravy in that thing would be delicious 😋🤤

  8. The pudding that Aunt Bessie can only dream of. Well done!

  9. What pan have you used there? I’ve always wanted to make a massive one like this

  10. Behold! Ye golden, risen crown,
    A cratered hill, all crisp and brown;
A weekend sun upon the plate,
Where gravy pools and roasts await!

  11. Oh I could full that with so much chilli and cheese. Brilliant

  12. I miss my mum. 😢 She’d be proud of that beast.. and be putting a second down next to it.

I hope you enjoyed your roast. 🙂

  13. Looks amazing, the only thing that could improve that is good quality sausages baked in the middle

  14. Ditch the plate immediately and use this as the Plate. Winner. 🥇

  15. What a magnificent specimen. It’s bigger than my first house. And you can’t beat a traditional, erm… Saturday roast. 🙂

  16. Some amazing onion gravy and that is perfection.

  17. That looks fantastic! You should try a toad in the hole next. If there’s one thing better than a big Yorkshire pudding, it’s a big Yorkshire pudding with sausages in it. Bonus points for using Lincolnshire sausages from a reputable butcher that makes them good.
