He married Bárbara Mirjam in the Iglesia de Los Gitanos in Seville, a church with deep roots in the House of Alba.
Cayetano was previously married to Genoveva Casanova, a Mexican woman, and they had twin children, Luis and Amina.
Yep, that same Genoveva who caught the current king of Denmark a few years ago.
