Klara Hammarström has won the OGAE Second Chance Contest 2025 for Sweden with the song “On and On and On”.

The OGAE Second Chance Contest 2025 took place this evening in Florence, Italy, with 25 songs competing in the event. The 39th winner of the OGAE Second Chance Contest was determined entirely by the votes of the OGAE fan clubs. Alongside the competing clubs, guest juries were also allowed to vote. These guest juries are from countries that did not have a national selection for this year’s Eurovision Song Contest or did not take part in the contest at all.

The OGAE Second Chance Contest has been held every year since 1987 among the national branches of OGAE, the official Eurovision fan club. Songs that did not win their country’s national selection are eligible to take part in the contest. Members of the fan clubs then vote for their favourite songs.

Annalisa won the OGAE Second Chance Contest 2024 with “Sinceramente”, giving Italy their fourth win in the contest. She also became only the second artist to win the contest twice, after Alcazar won for Sweden in 2003 and 2005. As such, OGAE Italy hosted this year’s contest in Florence.
