8. I don’t think the message can be more clear. Renewables are the future. It’s American policy to prohibit investment in renewable energy. Therefore, the U.S. is off the table so far as future investments are concerned.

11. Shell bailed on SouthCoast Wind some time ago. Do they still have any investments in offshore?
