Sisters of the Holy Cross host prayer of lament

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WSBT) — Sisters of the Holy Cross honored the lives, struggles and hopes of migrants and refugees in prayer.

Marking World Day of Migrants and Refugees, the congregation hosted a prayer of lament for migrants and refugees worldwide.

This service included readings and reflections inspired by the Psalms of lament.

There was a candle lighting for immigrants and stories from migrants and refugees.
