President Donald Trump has finally announced the date of the much-anticipated Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fight he plans to host at the White House.

The fight, born out of Trump’s seeming love for the sport and friendship with UFC CEO and President Dana White, will take place on June 14, 2026, marking the president’s 80th birthday, according to Reuters.

Trump had previously revealed the fight would take place in 2026, but had not specified the date until Sunday, when he did so during his speech at Naval Station Norfolk to mark the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Navy.

White had revealed this week that the fight, which will take place on the White House’s South Lawn, will cost around $700,000 to fix up the space after the event.
