As RuZZia recently announced that they are importing gasoline now (or will be shortly), that makes hitting their oil and gas storage and transfer infrastructure — pumps, railroads, oil loading docks, and pipes — more important than it was a week ago. If Ukraine can attrit that infra sufficiently, then importing gas won’t save RuZZia’s war logistics or economy.
I wonder how many people are typically killed in attacks like these. Are there ever any reports?
