    Then we need to use it to bludgeon anyone who attacks the judiciary.

  8. Ok, I just want to say, who cares how much the house cost? Why are we even mentioning it? A judges residence was *attacked. There were threats against her life.* Whether the judge lives in a $1.5 million dollar house or a $200,000 house does. not. matter. To make mention of that in a story *where the action was a direct threat to a judge’s life possibly because of their rulings and political views* is disingenuous and detracts from the real story.

    Mention that the judge lives in a $1.5 million house if the judge is under investigation for bribery or corruption (for example, if a justice was gifted a $1.5 million motor home from a wealthy “friend” or if the justice was invited on multi-million dollar vacation trips with said friend or if their mortage for their mothers house was paid off in full by said friend. You know, corruption) but not in a story where the cost of the house is entirely immaterial *because their life was directly under threat.*
