I for once, have not had any degree below 20c in the winter or higher than 20c in the summer in my home in Sweden. Electricity has been a bit higher than normal but I don’t know anyone who had to turn down the heat in wintertime, so I ask, who was this propaganda even for; russians? For what? Copium?
It’s funny to see how it went from copium propaganda to de facto fuel shortages in russia, the place who gloats about how much better things are over there in mud-land.
