A housebuilder has revealed further details of a proposal to build 950 homes on farmland between two Surrey villages.
Guildford Borough Council has received early-stage planning documents for a development that could include a school, a GP practice and accommodation for older people.
Developer Taylor Wimpey said its proposal for a site bordering the villages of Normandy and Flexford would also feature green space and shops.
But campaigners Normandy Action Group said the scheme would “fundamentally and irrevocably change the nature of our community and our environment”.
