  1. Obviously the tory conference wasn’t empty before some of you start throwing a tantrum… but there were lots of empty seats

  2. Conservatives don’t stand a chance with Kemi at the helm. They should just go away for 10 years.

  3. How much of a sad case do you have to be to attend a political party conference

  4. It’s a dead party now, they are promising tomorrow when they had the power to deliver today.

Hopefully they will serve as a cautionary tale for those in power but I doubt it.

  5. The reform one was full… full of morons and grifters.

  6. A busted flush. All bar the zealots will have buggered off with Farage.

  7. I’ve seen bigger crowds at the annual “Jesus in Toast” convention.

Tories will need a miracle of their own to resurrect their party from death.

  8. Almost like trying to appeal to the geriatric vote wasn’t the best idea

Ironically had the party members voted for Rishi instead of Truss they’d probably still be in power as he was trying to do more to address to concerns of younger (although as an elder millennials in my 40s I don’t class myself as young) voters like myself.

  9. Tories had 14years to implement some of the stuff they have been saying and they didn’t and reform have now moved to occupy that space and are beating them at there own game ATM.

Plus no one likes kimi, probably because she’s black just like with rishi but he was also very wealthy.

Labour still has support but it is early days tbh, 14 years of tory rule alot to do but they been making unpopular decisions and are sinking themselves but they have time to change things and to counter reform.

  10. Yeah cause Reform are just the Tories with a fake moustache on.

  11. Jinked right when they should have ducked left.

Seriously, had Cleverly taken the leadership just before Kier Sturmer left the middle ground utterly vacant while lurching after Reform voters, a sensible Tory party would be hoovering up homeless voters now.

Instead they went with Badenoch who seems to be coming up with policies that manage somehow to be more deranged *but still less right wing* than either Reform or Labour.

  12. They are literally giving away positions in the party because they don’t have any applicants 🤣

  13. It’s not really a membership party, it’s run by big business

  14. As a political neutral all I see is Kemi getting smoked every PMQs. Unless she has a medical condition, her hands are always shaking, she seems on edge and she cannot get away from a script. Starmer has had so many own goals recently, u-turns, mandelson, 22bn blackhole turning into 50 billion, smash the gangs flop, ID card rationale for introduction completely incoherent and not in manifesto with sleazy Blair trying to get a kick back as a favour for mentoring starmer etc. Yet kemi doesn’t have a clue. This should be a walk in the park for any competent opposition.

  15. Considering the funding from the billionaires is now being pumped into Reform, it’s no surprise.

  16. No sympathy. The Tories did this to themselves with their disgusting, criminal behavior for 14 years. They deserve to eat sh1t and die out in disgrace.

  17. I feel like we’re seeing the end of a party, like the whigs and peelites. This genuinely could be a turning point in political history where Sunak was the last Tory PM. Like if you go on wikipedia on a list of all the PMs, it’s crazy seeing the different parties that used to exist for hundreds of years before disappearing. This is that point for the Tories.

  18. Do you think that will be a change of the electoral system ?

  19. What do people do now. Vote Labour? People aren’t happy with the way things are going with starmer, not at all. Vote conservatives? Didn’t go well last time and people have lost their trust. Reform? Is it looking too right wing to vote them? Maybe! People don’t know what to do anymore. We need a common-sense party

  20. Tory party is over, finally. They had to reject all the decent tories to get their stinking brexit. Now nothing is left but hate.

  21. The PPE scandal should mean the tories be disbanded. Unbelievable fraud

  22. Tories are dead tbh, difficult to imagine a comeback any time in the next few election cycles. They would need to essentially be a fresh set of MPs

  23. Hmmm they were in power for 10 years and fooked it all up. No thanks

  24. What was the phrase?

    *Most successful party in history?*

    Well, Rome fell…

  25. Dead party, right… They had 14 years and they fucked it. Now they think that after Labour, they’re the responsible hands… Perhaps, but they’ve just torpedoed their future again, because I reckon we don’t want Tax Cuts and huge cuts to the Civil service to pay for a gimmick… No offence, first time buyers would rather have public transport and working public services, not tax breaks that just disguise austerity 2.5.

  26. I am a lefty but miss the old skool Tories. Major was a decent bloke , Jazzy Ken Clarke kept it chilled .

  27. I had to jump through hoops to attend my Gran’s funeral and then was unable to console my grieving Mother, all whilst the Tory cunts were laughing in our faces with their lockdown parties and giving backhander PPE contracts to their mates – i vowed to never vote Conservative for the rest of my life.

  28. They’re running on an anti-immigration platform with a party leader that grew up in Nigeria, I have no idea who their target audience is

  29. Actually can’t believe reform has a chance after the shit farage pulled with Brexit, Tory 2.0

  30. While Kemi “Lunch breaks are for wimps” is at the helm… yeah, no.

  31. The Tories are basically dead. Reform has swooped in and taken their spot
