    Cycling does require food, and humans are not very efficient batteries , so one wonders if that’s even true, especially if it was replaced with electric transportation.

    Also, a lot of europe isn’t flat.

  3. Anybody who promotes cycling as a universal solution to commuting never cycled in a country that’s not completely flat, or that has serious winds, or that has extreme heat in summer.
