Hallo, I am trying to get information from the renteversicherung website [https://www.deutsche-rentenversicherung.de/DRV/EN/International/international\_node.html](https://www.deutsche-rentenversicherung.de/DRV/EN/International/international_node.html) ..I called at the “contact” phone number provided, I wanted to ask whhetehr I can have an english speaking contact to ask information (about marriage and pensionfor now, later for my own pension) but the person answering didnt even let me finsh to ask my question:-(
I stated my name and was telling him (in wobbly German language) my question; he just close the phone down!! WTH ? this was so rude, folks ! did you ahve the same experience ? How do you get information about that topic in english ? Many thanks in advance to anyone who might be able to help me!
