We have been waiting with bated breath since the election of Pope Leo for him to disclose his heart and mind, and to know what kind of papacy we face after his election. And we have been waiting anxiously with a mixture of hope and trepidation. Without wanting to stir up the embers of disrespect, many of us were traumatized by the disturbances that emerged under the pontifical hand of Pope Francis. Will Leo not denounce the errors of Francis? Not directly, because even in the humblest of parishes you never denigrate your predecessor.
