Just install government cameras and microphones in the houses already.. Literally 1984
Yes as long as the government has no stock or other financial gain and 1 or 2 ways to verify are of equal rights and can be inforced with the proper security.
Okee, everybody just go back to filing your taxes in paper form 🙂
*Or send me a ‘government issued’ smart phone for just this purpose, as I don’t have/want one for everyday use.*
eww that is super shady
Apparently it’s not forcing. There is the alternative to do things in person or use NFC reader. But the person writing that article also says they don’t have an ID card with NFC. Well, get one? When ppl start excluding themselves from society, no surprise that they can’t fully utilise the services.
With regard to the “forcing citizens”, whatever solution the government chooses, forces citizens to use it. Either a Google, or Apple app, or from whatever developer it is chosen.
