Multiple people were attacked by two suspects during a serious assault at a Belfast train station. Police have issued an appeal for information following the attack which took place at the Belfast City Hospital Train Station at around 3.40pm on Monday, October 6.

It has been reported that two suspects assaulted multiple people before making their way onto Donegall Road.

Police have said they are keen to speak to an unidentified person who was injured during the attack.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "Police are appealing for information in relation to a serious assault that has occurred at Belfast City Hospital Train Station.

"It has been reported to police that multiple members of the public have been assaulted on Monday, 6th October 2025, at approximately 1540 hours.

"It is believed that both suspects have made their way onto Donegal Road following the assault, heading countrywards.

"Police are keen to speak to an unidentified injured party who was also assaulted during this incident.

"If you are aware of this incident or have any information that can assist police with their investigation, please contact us on 101 quoting crime reference number 1080 of 06/10/25."

  1. Why does nothing good good happen in Ni? Why so much hate compared to the rest of Ireland, is it because Catholics are just happier, friendly do gooders and all round nice people?

  4. I hate when there’s zero helpful information.

    What kind of assault? Was it done on someone they know or for seemingly no reason? Had there been a verbal fight beforehand? How old are the attackers? What do they look like? Who did they attack?

  6. Possibles (1) Attack on foreigners. (2) Attack by foreigners (3) Attack by someone off their head (4) Gypsys.
