TERRELL COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) – The Terrell County Sheriff’s Office says a 911 call Tuesday night led to the rescue of three undocumented people who were lost in the desert south of Sanderson.
According to Terrell County Sheriff’s Office, the callers reported they were out of food and water and in distress.
Operation Lone Star deputies and U.S. Border Patrol agents from the Alpine Station responded to the GPS coordinates provided by the 911 system.
Officials said all three individuals, citizens of Mexico were found safely and taken into custody without incident.
