A senior source in the French Foreign Ministry said that “US Secretary of State Marco Rubio will arrive in Paris tomorrow to participate in discussions on ways to rebuild the Gaza Strip and its security.” According to the official, European Union Foreign Minister Kaja Kallas as well as representatives from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, Jordan, Britain, Germany, Spain, Italy and France will also participate. Representatives from Israel or the Palestinian Authority will not participate in the talks, but according to the source, both sides “received notice of the discussions and they support the initiative.”
