I know it exists I just cannot find it or it changed its appearance. I remember the granularity was: e.g. “Helsinki, Kalasatama, 50 sq. m, 600’000 euro, 2022 April” etc.
It was like a table. I might be imagining things but it could also have had photos sometimes if you are lucky.
We can also discuss how bad is the situation in the housing market.

I think that’s the one. Shows you the actual amount the houses were sold for. Just enter the search details for area and so on.
Google an address and pick the oikotie page of the building. There you can see the history of transactions of apartments in the building.
