Since yesterday afternoon the mobile network is down for Eltrona. No data and outbound calls were blocked.Also the portal is having issues to log in. Looks like a cyber attack or some data loss because my password is not accepted and password reset leading to internal sever error.
Finally before midnight yesterday Eltrona put an announcement on their website. Funny enough, only in French, in English everything is fine 😒
This morning at least I can make outbound calls but still no data.
At least their home internet is working.
Anyone else who’s customer of Eltrona experiencing the same?

Same happened to us, it was not working since yesterday 5:10pm. Data was back on this morning, but I didn’t check the calls
