Hey I bought this ham a while back, and now it looks like it has mold in it? Chat gpt says its not but i dont want to risk eating it. Help me understand if this is safe to eat

It should melt the solid fat bits, and leave you with a fatty juicy slice of ibérico that melts in your mouth. You should worry if those bits don’t melt after all the grease is runny around them.

  4. Spanish here. Ham can get iridiscent colors because of the curation process. You are mostly fine so don’t sweat it, it looks normal.
