1. USA might agree to that because UA is becoming independent in strike (flamingo) and probably being at the front of weapons innovation. For the USA, delivering Tomahawk now means catch up.

3. I think the US should provide meaningful assistance in getting the FP-5 factory up and running and help with making the guidance system better. That’ll help Ukraine more than a limited number of Tomahawk missiles.

4. I love this bit from the Russians.

   Russia might actually be worried about this. Normally they respond with some escalatory threats. That they respond with something completely normal is telling when it comes to Russians.
