Russian FPV Drone and Artillery Attacks Target Mykolaiv Communities

On October 11, Russian forces shelled the Kutsurubska and Ochakivska communities of Mykolaiv Oblast using FPV drones and artillery, according to data from the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration (OVA).

According to the OVA, the enemy carried out seven FPV drone strikes against the Ochakivska and Kutsurubska communities and conducted one artillery attack on the Kutsurubska community. Such actions pose a threat to the civilian population and the region’s infrastructure.

In the night leading up to October 12, air defense destroyed a Shahed drone over the oblast, confirmed by the OVA. The situation remains under control, however the risk of further strikes persists, so the defense forces continue to heighten their readiness.
