Yesterday: 4 Hours and 38 Minutes later I arrived into Glasgow Central. First time visiting Glasgow in about 12 Years

I come from the south and the last time I ever visited Scotland was 7 years ago in Edinburgh but 12 years ago was when I first went to Glasgow. Having to stuff up a 4 hours and 38 minutes journey from London Euston. it was cakewalk. To which I immediately walked into a Wetherspoons because you can’t blame someone for being on train so long.

I’ve come up to attend the Railway 200 Event Polmadie Depot Open day which is happening today (at the time of posting). The depot services Scotrail Trains, Avanti West Coast and the Caledonian sleeper.

Already enjoying Scotland so far but might as well make use of the time I have today before heading g back south.
